Aluminum Diesel Fuel Tank 75 Gallon New $1450

This is a true auxiliary fuel system. It will fit 2001-2008 Chevy Duramax engines in a truck with 8 foot bed. Please specify year model when ordering. With this auxiliary fuel system, you will have a toggle switch on the dash. When you flip the switch to Aux Tank, your engine and factory installed fuel pump will be drawing fuel directly from the auxiliary tank. When you operate the truck off of the auxiliary tank, the factory installed fuel level gauge will be reading from the auxiliary tank. If you flip the switch back down, you’re back on the factory installed tank.

This is not a diesel fuel transfer system or fuel transfer tank. It does not have a fuel transfer pump screwed down into the top. This tank does NOT pump fuel into the factory tank. This means no fuel spills, no check engine lights and no Haz Mat cleanup fees because of microprocessor failure or operator error.

The tank is manufactured from 1/8” diamond plate aluminum with a bright polished finish. The tank measures 57” (60” including mount tabs) across the bed. It is 19” tall to the top of the tank. It measures 26” from the cab back. It is a “wedge” design tank with our triple baffle system. It will fit 2001-2008 Chevy/GM duallies or flat bed trucks. We stand behind it for as long as you own it. The tank complies with DOT 393.67 and FMVSS 301. It is legal is all 50 states, Canada, and Mexico.

This tank ships with all parts needed for installation. There will be a sending unit that reads on the factory fuel gauge and rollover vent valve mounted in the tank before it’s boxed. The fuel tank selector valve, fresh fuel hose, and clamps are included. An easy to use wire harness with switch and plug for the valve is included. All mounting hardware is included.
